NEED TO CHANGE
My coaching programmes are multi-faceted. At the end of the day being healthy requires more than just training, and although exercise is a critical part of health – it does not encompass it.

Whether you’re an elite athlete or a regular gym goer, together we will focus on two of the key elements to your overall health:

  • Health optimization uses diet and lifestyle to drastically improve the physiological, psychological and biochemical efficiency of the human body; and
  • Body transformation looks at changing the way you want your body to look, from decreasing body fat or increasing lean muscle tissue.


WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Changing diet and lifestyle can be a challenge. It will take time and persistence, but I will be there to guide you through your journey. I will look at your case individually and will work with you to deliver results.

At the foundations of my methods are the practices of Functional Medicine, a system that addresses the underlying causes of disease – not just the symptoms.

This approach means I will assess you and your lifestyle holistically. I believe functional medicine is an evolution in the practice of modern medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Optimising health and transforming your body will involve three stages:

  1. Reintegrate
  2. Transform
  3. Moderate and optimize

The keys to success at each stage are:

Habit forming. It requires practice to be successful in making habitual changes. There is no linear path from unhealthy to healthy habits, and it is a continuous battle.

Belief and support. Never give up and persist in order to succeed. You have a responsibility to look after your body in 10, 20, 30 years’ time. Do it for you.

Knowledge. Understand and be aware of the genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence your long-term health and vitality.

I believe we all have the ability to change. Pushing yourself will be a challenge, but it is achievable, and I will support you through the process to achieve your goals.
