ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
Pursue your athletic obsession
with strength and conditioning.

OBSESSED
Define your obsession.
The purpose of my strength and conditioning programmes is to help you to define your goals, and pursue your obsession.

From a young age, sport has been a massive part of my life. I want everyone to have the same positive and uplifting experience I have had from my involvement in sport.

Strength and conditioning has been a large part of this journey. I have learnt from coaches, literature and trial and error, the basis of the force-velocity continuum and its application.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?
My strength and conditioning programmes are set out to improve the performance of an athlete through the use of the force, velocity and power continuum.

Put simply, there are two key areas of focus:

  • Performance improvement
  • Injury prevention

I will be your link between these two areas and I will guide you through the exercises you need to mobilise and prepare your body for exercise.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Your programme will be:

Periodized. Strength is best developed over a programme that runs over a yearly cycle. You will achieve results through consistency in training over time.

Functional to you. Performance training needs to be functional to your sport or obsession, in order to be effective.

Preventative. Prehabilitation and mobilization are key elements to any programme, which goes hand-in-hand with force, velocity and power development training.

Integration. This last component is the key element that completes a seamless programme.

Coaching is both art and science. Through knowledge and dedication you will meet your goals.
